Larian

Lariana is a family of bathroom elements consisting of a bathtub and washbasins, designed by Patricia Urquiola.
Its name pays precious homage to Lake Como, which the ancients called Larius, the location where "Il Sereno" stands, a recent 5-star hotel conceived by the Italian-Spanish designer.
The first element of the family, the Lariana bathtub, was conceived specifically for the bathrooms of this hotel. It recalls the style of the great Milanese masters of the 20th century and is characterised by the alternation of fluid and linear lines that define its compact volume.
The Lariana family is completed by two versions of oval and round washbasins (ø 465), countertop or column-mounted. Both types maintain the characteristic geometric tension of the basin generated by the soft curvature of the basin that contrasts with the linear shape of the exterior. This concept is also proposed in the column version where the basin, in a decentralized position with respect to the base, rests on a monolith that can be completed with a shelf or a wooden storage unit. The washbasins and the column are available in Cristalplant® biobased or in marble. The Cristalplant® washbasin element is available in white or with the exterior in the light grey (RAL7044) or dark grey (RAL7021) colour variants.
